Realistic Dynamic Building Destruction

I've always been a huge fan of destructible physics in video game. And Teardown is, in my opinion, offers one of the best physics out of all destruction game. I think Red Faction Guerilla still has extremely satisfying destruction physics, but they're not as advanced at Teardowns.
