I visited Muscle People in Cheongna based on a subscriber's recommendation. It is an official Gym80 center, but after actually trying it out, I found there were machines that suited me even better. Various high-end machines including Gym80, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Bootybuilder. A layout that was convenient for trying out the machines, arranged to fit the flow of movement. It was a great place to work out, but filming was difficult because it was crowded on a Sunday. Score criteria for the machines in the video (scores based on personal experience): 1.0 ~ 1.9 Damaged or not working. 2.0 ~ 2.9 Significantly poor workout feel, uncomfortable, difficult to operate, and poorly maintained. 3.0 ~ 3.4 From here on, it feels like a clear workout and allows for targeted exercises. 3.5 ~ 4.0 Quite famous; great workout feel and allows for various performances! 4.0 ~ 4.4 When working out, it feels irresistibly good!
