In this video, I demonstrate Prance of the Tiger, which is an American Kenpo self-defense technique required for 2nd Degree Brown Belt for schools following the 24-technique system. Prance of the Tiger is also contained in Long 4 but starts from a kneeling position after finishing Bowing to Buddha.
