Put the entire contents of a 295-gram jar of grilled red peppers—including the liquid and garlic clove—into a blender. Add the cucumber and tomatoes. Add 2 teaspoons of Tabasco and 250 grams of frozen cherries and blend for 1 minute until smooth. Season to taste with pepper. If necessary, chill until cold. Divide the soup among 4 plates or 6 350 ml glasses. Crumble 50 grams of (vegan) feta over it and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Serve the gazpacho cold. This is how you make cherry gazpacho.
