Hamburger helper in a jar in a pint and a half or larger jar 2 cups elbow pasta 2 teaspoons beef or chicken bouillon powder 1 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot 1 tablespoon paprika 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon pepper Jars of mix are good for 1 year if no moisture is introduced into the jar. to make: cook 1 pound ground meat of choice and drain off fat. Add mix from jar, 2 cups water, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1-2 tablespoons ketchup, and I like to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Cover and boil for 12-15 minutes until pasta is soft.
