We end the program talking with David Tejerina, owner and chef of Sidrería Canteli. Besides all that, he's been an activist in countless social struggles for many years, and today he's visiting us on the radio to talk about the gastrification affecting Asturian cities, especially Gijón. He's a target, since the owners want to sell their cider house. We'll talk to him about cider houses, tourism, and identity.
