Both paper and electronic Europrotocols can be used under the following conditions: there are no injured (dead) people, the drivers involved in the accident have motor vehicle liability insurance policies, there is consent from the drivers of the vehicles involved in the accident regarding its circumstances, the drivers do not show signs of alcohol, drug or other intoxication, or being under the influence of medications. If at least one of the specified conditions is not met, calling the appropriate unit of the National Police to register the accident is mandatory. Filling out the Europrotocol: Everything that needs to be filled out is indicated in the notes to the sections of the Europrotocol. The form should be filled out in legible printed handwriting.
