Pan-Fried Scallion and Toasted Sesame Buns (Hua Juan or 花卷) | Vegan Chinese Recipe

Fluffy, fragrant, and so satisfying. I made a dozen of these buns to share with my family and it was a hit! You can make these buns and opt to refrigerate, or even freeze them to keep them longer.
