REST API with the Micro800 Simulator
The Micro800 Simulator that comes with Connected Components Workbench (CCW) provides the capability to use a REST API to simulate external I/O. This video shows how to set up the external I/O access in the Micro800 simulator and test the REST API using Postman. Then we demonstrate using the REST API Client in FactoryTalk Optix to interface directly with the Micro800 simulator.
