After returning from studying abroad, he continued to perform while training the next generation in an orchestra. His teaching career raised concerns about traditional music education, leading him to join Hanamaru Gakushukai, hoping to create a music education group focused on education. While teaching 250 students annually as the head of Hanamaru Gakushukai, he also prepared for the establishment of a music room. In 2015, he launched the Hanamaru Method Oto no Mori music education division within Hanamaru Gakushukai. In 2019, he became independent from the Hanamaru Group, founding Grand Method Inc., a company focused on music classes and concerts, and the International Music Education Institute, Inc., a company specializing in educational materials development. In January 2020, he changed the name of his music school to Anone Music School. Over 1,000 students have enrolled in the music school in the four and a half years since its launch. He also holds numerous lectures and instructor training sessions for parents. His books include "A Music Education Revolution: Developing Sensibility and Intelligence" and "Lifelong Music Education: Starting in Early Childhood." Masanobu Takahama Representative of Hanamaru Gakushukai Born in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture in 1959. After graduating from Kumamoto Prefectural High School, he entered the University of Tokyo. He received a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Agriculture and a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Agriculture. In 1993, he founded Hanamaru Gakushukai, which has grown to over 20,000 members in its 23rd year. He is the representative of Hanamaru Gakushukai and Chairman of the NPO Mugigumi Parenting Support Team. He is a member of the Mathematics Olympiad Question Makers Committee. He is a visiting professor at Musashino Art University and a visiting professor at Inter-Pacific University (IPU). He is an advisor to the Japan Shogi Association.
