Ons geweldig leuke bezoek aan Atelier Het Kleine Huis in Franeker

The ladies of Timzalot, the House of Handicrafts, are visiting Rachel van der Weerd at Atelier Het Kleine Huis in Franeker. What exactly is hidden behind that one door? In any case, they are learning how to eco-print on leather! 00:00 Arrival at the little door 00:43 Welcome with a cream puff 09:44 Let's get started 18:44 And now to work 28:39 Time to unpack... 34:54 And on the way home Timzalot, the House of Handicrafts, is an initiative by Dini Bangma and Léia Smit, who wanted to show together during the corona crisis how wonderful it can be to do handicrafts with a friend, or in the company of the Timzalots. It has been scientifically proven multiple times that knitting, crocheting, embroidery, or whatever handicraft technique you take up, can have a calming effect and relax your mind. With the added bonus, of course, that your work yields something valuable, simply because you made it yourself! And the fact that we are now entering our sixth year, still with new ideas every week, proves that the possibilities are virtually endless. You can also find Timzalot, the home of crafts, on the internet: www.timzalot.nl and on Instagram:   / timzalot  . Did you know that fun craft kits are available in the Timzalot shop? Check out www.timzalot.shop. The kits always come with plenty of materials and detailed instructions. Léia often makes an instructional video as well. You can find these instructional videos in the classroom (playlist on this YouTube channel, or www.timzalot.nl/leslokkaal. Yes, unfortunately there is a mistake there, but it is the correct URL). Of course, you can also just go to the website and select the 'classroom' tab. Music: www.bensound.com
