Hand Sanitizer VS Hand Soap Which Method Kills Bacteria Better Agar Petri Dish Test Have you ever wondered if hand sanitizer is as effecitve as soap for killing germs and bacteria? Well in today's video I am putting Hand Sanitizer (80% alcohol) and regular antibacterial hand soap to the test and answer "what works better, hand sanitizer or hand soap?" I purchased an agar petri dish test kit from amazon and got to testing! My husband used hand soap to wash his hands and then we swabbed his petri dish and I used hand sanitizer and swabbed my petri dish and then we waited for the bacteria to grow and compare. In this video we will answer "Does hand sanitizer kill more bacteria?" "Does soap kill more bacteria" "Which is better, hand soap or hand sanitizer?" "Which is more effective to kill germs, soap or sanitizer?" "Is hand sanitizer as effective as hand washing?" Which is more effective, hand washing or hand sanitizer?" My result were very surprising to say the least... This test was done just for fun.
