Talofa lava and welcome to a very special Sunday cooking episode. Today is our mother's 71st birthday and as usual we have a big family toonai on Sunday. All of the family joined us except for my wife and my other kids as they had to stay back and have toonai with uncle. Today's menu was fish baked in butter and lemon, chicken fried steak, pork trotter soup, fried sausage, baked chicken patties and my brothers and their wives bought additional dishes and the birthday cake.
