We packed the car and headed to Great Yarmouth for the weekend, and honestly? We weren't sure what to expect. We'd heard it could go either way. We stayed at Parkdean Cherry Tree Holiday Park and were genuinely impressed. It was way better than we anticipated. But when we headed into Great Yarmouth town centre, we started to understand why this place splits people's opinions so much. Empty beaches, dated attractions, and a seaside resort that feels like it's stuck between what it was and what it could be.
