The Kumano Kodo - Nakahechi Route The route is approximately 70km but we ended up walking almost 100km, including towns and our side trip to Yunomine Onsen. We clocked about 4,500m of elevation gain as well! We had the best time and hope you enjoy the video! I supplement with Optiventure Core daily, both at home, while training, and on trail.
