Unict, ISMETT e Policlinico: nasce polo d'eccellenza per la chirurgia epato-bilio-pancreatica

The University of Catania, the "Rodolico - San Marco" University Hospital, ISMETT, and UPMC Italia have signed a historic framework agreement to establish an international center of reference in the field of specialized surgery, which will be located in Pavilion 8 of the Catania Polyclinic. This synergy combines the advanced training and scientific research of Unict with the clinical and technological expertise of globally renowned partners. The goal is twofold: to offer patients top-level care in Sicily and to ensure advanced and excellent training for young doctors and residents.
