After working at IBM, he received a calling and attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas, one of the six official seminaries of the Southern Baptist Convention, followed by Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, known as the only "prestigious evangelical institution" in the United States. I graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity (M. Div.). Afterward, I studied at Seoul Baptist University in Korea and joined the Korea Baptist Convention. Subsequently, I served as the Vice Director of the Mokyang Faith Training Center, Director of the publishing house Spiritual Ministry, and Senior Pastor of Sanseong Church. Currently, I have co-founded Gospel and Spirituality Church in Long Island, New York, with Rev. Lee Cheon-soo.
