Viral TikTok “Hacks” That Borderline on Fraud — And People Are Falling for Them

In this video, I'm sharing my personal opinion about a viral TikTok creator whose so-called “money-saving hacks” have been gaining serious traction. While some viewers might see these as clever tips, I believe many of these so-called “hacks” raise serious concerns — in fact, some of them borderline on fraud, in my opinion. From alleged Amazon return scams to questionable tricks involving hotel cancellations, gift card loops, chargebacks, and even misleading legal advice, this TikTok content could be encouraging behavior that’s not only morally gray, but potentially damaging to small businesses, platforms like eBay and Amazon, and the people who take this advice at face value. I am not accusing anyone of committing fraud. This video is meant to critically examine what’s being posted online and share why I personally find this type of content reckless, misleading, and harmful.
