Раппорт, подстройка, манипуляция, соблазнение и бессознательное доверие - НЛП за 10 минут #04
◓ NLP training bot: https://vk.me/botvakd?ref_source=y_v_... Is there someone in your life with whom you connect without words, literally with just a glance? Would you like to learn how to build this kind of communication with anyone? Rapport is a state of unconscious trust. It's manipulation, whereby the other person considers you their best friend and closest companion, even though you've only known each other for 10 minutes. This is one of the most basic and common techniques in pickup and seduction. All pickup and seduction are built on this simple technique. In this video, you'll learn how to build rapport with another person and how to recognize when someone has built rapport with you and can take advantage of it. Attempts, or rapport, are the adoption of elements of another person's behavior in order to become more "one of their own" and increase their unconscious trust in you. If you try to breathe like your partner, you're talking about breath-matching, and if you move like them, you're talking about movement-matching. Have you ever been in a group? One person starts yawning, and everyone else follows suit. Or try sitting next to a sleepy friend—they get sleepy, too. And if you watch a motivational video, you're energized and can handle anything. This is the state of rapport. Rapport can be superficial or deep. And its depth depends on how many criteria you've matched. It seems difficult, but after a few practices, you'll see how simple it is. You can read about how to properly break rapport and why you need to do it yourself or learn about it in a full NLP practitioner course. NLP trainers also offer a game called "I'll Break Communication in Three Words." So, here's the task. There are many situations where you have good rapport: you're doing something together (for example, partner dancing), you're talking with a pleasant person, and you feel good together. Identify how you sense this connection within yourself, what you feel. Compare this feeling with a situation where someone is indifferent or irritated. Try this with several people—at least seven people, in different situations—and find common ground. This should be something completely sensory. That is, something you can describe (preferably something measurable and comparable to another description).
