E-Scooter Tour 2025 Papenburg nach Ihrhove - Gasthuus Uhlenhof - 4k60fps

On Monday, February 24, 2025, I arrived in Papenburg by train. I was traveling around Papenburg on my e-scooter. From there, I went to Ihrhove in Westoverledingen. However, I had several problems with Google Maps on this trip. First, the navigation system routed me completely around Papenburg instead of directing me towards the dike. An unnecessary detour! Then, it didn't inform me about a closure in the dike area, so I only noticed the detour for bicycles later and had to take an additional detour. Finally, the navigation system instructed me to turn right to reach my destination. But I ended up in front of a locked gate and couldn't go any further – a field was waiting for me to the right of the gate. So I had to find my way back to the starting point, where I had been given the wrong directions. Despite the difficulties, I eventually reached my goal. However, I had to cut some parts of the video to filter out my whining. 😅
