HOW TO CLEAN the INSIDE LENS CANON G7X

For this Vlogging 101 with Matt, I solve one of the biggest problems with one of the best vlogging cameras on the market today. The Canon G7X. THE PROBLEM: dust penetrating the camera body and getting onto the inside surfaces of the lens. This is a huge problem, affects the picture quality greatly, and according to Canon is not inside their scope of repair. I met with them personally at their Hong Kong headquarters and asked if they could clean it for me and they have told me that I should simply buy a new camera to solve the problem, and I had only been using it for a month! Unacceptable! So I found a workaround. WARNING!!!! This is a invasive fix. You will be making irreversible changes to your camera. I do not take responsibility if you break your camera, but if you follow my instructions you should have the same result as me. I assume that this hack can be used to clean the inside of almost any point and shoot of the similar build to the G7X as well. Rescue your camera! Get back to filming!
