October Buses On Broadway Downtown San Diego

Oct 22, 2013 Evening Commute bus runs on Broadway, mostly eastbound. I started on Broadway, east-side of Downtown at 10th Ave and walked to Front St, just past 1st Ave, recording the buses as they passed by. Began recording at 4:20pm and stopped at 5:30. In the 70 minutes I was able to capture nearly 90 buses, average better than one bus every 50 seconds, all eastbound. I only missed somewhere between 6-8 buses. While we may not have as many buses as the cities on our East, Broadway in downtown San Diego during commute times can still put on quite a show. At times there are several buses stacked up together 5-6 deep. Represented are: NF C40LF NF C40LFR NF D60LF Gillig Advantage NABI 60-BRT Blue Bird Express-4500 ElDorado EZ Rider II a Bus Trolley and even a Fire Truck. My ride home from downtown is Route 210 Mira Mesa Express. As an alternate and for fun I can take the 850 Premium Express to Rancho Penasquitos then come back down Route 20 to Mira Mesa and home.
