Φτιαγμένο από φρέσκο πουρέ πατάτας, ξερά αρωματικά, γεμισμένο με ελιές, κόκκινη πιπεριά και φέτα είναι το πιο τέλειο μεσογειακό ψωμί που έχετε δοκιμάσει. Για έξτρα άρωμα, για τους μερακλήδες και τελείως προαιρετικά μπορείτε να φτιάξετε ένα αρωματικό βούτυρο με σκόρδο και μαϊντανό, να το αλείψετε πάνω στο καυτό ψωμάκι την ώρα που θα το βγάλετε από το φούρνο και να το απολαύστε ζεστό!!
