Hello! This is Seoi. I really debated whether or not to upload this, but... it's finally here, six months after my surgery! I had my rhinoplasty on Friday and had to go back to work on Monday, so I needed to get the swelling down quickly. I was so worried about the pain and swelling after the surgery! It went down faster than I expected, and even the hospital was surprised~~ My diet and methods for reducing swelling after rhinoplasty! My routine for a quick recovery! I also wanted to share my post-rhinoplasty exercise routine, showing the process and daily routine. I also wanted to share swelling management tips for those who, like me, have to go back to work after surgery! After my first rhinoplasty, the hospital made a mistake and the side effects left my nose sagging, which led to a self-injury. I was considering a revision surgery. When I finally decided I needed surgery, I consulted with at least three different plastic surgeons. After two consultations at the hospital I carefully chose, I decided on a revision. I finally got the slender nose I wanted, and I've regained my confidence! I'll show you my transformation from day 1 to week 2 after surgery, in a realistic way.
