Udaipur : I Was Not Ready For This

Udaipur is one of those cities that people talk about but you never fully believe until you are actually there. This vlog is from one day I spent in the city of lakes — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most memorable travel days I have had in a long time. The day started at Bahubali Hills for the sunrise. If you have not made that early morning climb yet, please do. The view from the top, with hot chai in hand and the whole city slowly waking up below — there is nothing quite like it. The hills are a bit of a hidden gem compared to the more touristy spots in Udaipur, and that is exactly what makes it special. After that, I visited Sanwariya Seth Mandir, which was a deeply calming experience. The atmosphere there is something you feel more than you see. Worth every minute. The afternoon was spent on a boat ride on Pichola Lake during golden hour. The light on the water, the Aravalli mountains in the background, City Palace on one side, Jal Mahal on the other — I kept putting my camera down just to actually look at it. That is when you know a place is doing something right. And to end the day, I went to Ambrai Ghat at night. If you want to see City Palace lit up across the lake with its reflection shimmering on the water, this is the spot. No crowds, no rush — just the lake, the lights, and the kind of quiet that big cities never give you. This is my honest Udaipur travel vlog. No over-planned itinerary, no paid promotions.
