My rent is 12k per month, all included (city services, utility bills and internet connection) 2. Where is my apartment located? I can't share the exact location(due to privacy concerns, sorry), but it's just one jeep ride away from my university(UB) 3. How did you find the listing? I found the listing on a Facebook group called "Baguio Apartments for rent" 4. Details of my apartment? It's a studio type comes with a bathroom, mini kitchen with a balcony, fully furnished. It has a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. 5. Can you share information about your contract?
