In 2022 I decided to give up my normal life due to severe depression and backpain and start travelling by unicycle and bicycle to find a new lifestyle and recover my mental and physical health to whatever degree is possible. Follow my journey as we discover various different countries, cultures and nature and fight with the elements in quest of finding the lost spoke in the wheel of life. In this episode I set off from Stein am Rhein, leaving Switzerland towards Italy and learn that my dream of combining unicycle touring and bicycle touring is not that easy to combine.
