2-Rail O-Scale Southern Pacific in Oregon -- Working Semaphore Signals!

Charlie Morrill lives in Texas but models the Southern Pacific in Oregon. He is a master all-around modeler, as the video shows. His layout is well-planned and executed. Operation is smooth and reliable and trains roll hand-laid track. All locomotives are DCC and sound equipped. Much of the equipment is either scratch-built, kit-bashed, or detailed and modified as necessary to match the prototype. All equipment is well finished, with just the right amount of weathering. And, to boot, the layout features a working block and interlocking signal system. Charlie built the semaphores himself. Check it out!
