Calcul du PIB

How is gross domestic product calculated? What are the different methods used to determine gross domestic product (GDP)? Several books offer a definition of GDP that can be misleading in any economic reasoning. On Wikipedia, for example, we find this definition: "Gross domestic product (GDP) is the economic indicator that quantifies the total value of the annual "production of wealth" carried out by economic agents (households, businesses, public administrations) residing within a territory." This is untrue, of course, because it must be made clear that what is produced and remains in the stocks of businesses is not counted in gross domestic product; nor is what is considered intermediate consumption. Intermediate consumption is all goods used to produce other goods; they are not intended for final consumption; this type of production is not included in the calculation of GDP. I explain this in detail in this video. General description of the channel: I am a professor of economics and management. On my channel, I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with you.
