You can make an easy and authentic Mont Blanc cake using store-bought sweet chestnuts. ♪ Once you've made the sponge, all you have to do is layer it! (Store-bought sponge cake is fine too.) This luxurious cake is filled with plenty of sweet chestnut cream! Enjoy a cafe or home with this delicious dessert. ♪ It's so tasty, so be sure to give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 8) ◯Sponge Cake ・70g plain flour ・2 eggs ・70g granulated sugar ・20g unsalted butter ・20ml milk ◯Chestnut Cream ・200g sweet chestnuts ・100ml milk ・30g granulated sugar ◯Sweet Chestnut Whipped Cream ・100g sweet chestnuts ・40ml heavy cream 160ml ・20g granulated sugar ◯Other Ingredients ・60g sweet chestnuts x 2 ・10g granulated sugar ・20ml water ■Directions 1. Combine butter and milk and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds to melt the butter. 2. Crack eggs into a bowl and add granulated sugar, mix. Place over a double boiler and beat with a hand mixer on high speed for 3 minutes, then on low speed for 1 minute. 3. Sift the flour into the batter and mix. Add the batter to Step 2, mix well, and then add it back in and mix. 4. Pour into a container and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. 5. Remove from the container and let cool. 6. Make the chestnut cream. Add the sweet chestnuts, granulated sugar, and milk to a container and mix thoroughly. Then, place in a piping bag. 7. Make the sweet chestnut whipped cream. Add the sweet chestnuts and 40ml of heavy cream to a container and mix. 8. Place 160ml of fresh cream and granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk while placing over ice water. 9. Mix ingredients 8 and 9 and put into a piping bag. 10. Make the syrup. Combine granulated sugar and water and microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then let cool. 11. Chop 60g of sweet chestnuts to place between the cakes, and cut 60g of sweet chestnuts in half to place on top. 12. Cut the sponge cake into thirds. 13. Place the layers into a container in the following order: sponge cake → syrup → whipped cream → sweet chestnuts → sponge cake → syrup → whipped cream → sweet chestnuts → sponge cake. 14. Squeeze out a generous amount of chestnut cream. 15. Chop 60g of sweet chestnuts to place between the cakes, and cut 60g of sweet chestnuts in half to place on top. 12. Cut the sponge cake into thirds. 13. Place the Layer into a container in the following order: sponge cake → syrup → whipped cream → sweet chestnuts → sponge cake → syrup → whipped cream → sweet chestnuts → sponge cake. 14. Squeeze on a generous amount of chestnut cream. 15.
