Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Rub the chicken with olive oil and coat evenly with the seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan) or 220°C (conventional). Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
