These sticky honey–soy–garlic chicken wings are sweet, savory, and perfectly glazed. Minimal prep, big flavor — great for dinner, game day, or meal prep. Ingredients: • Chicken wings (about 2 lb / 900 g) • Garlic — a generous handful, pressed (about 6–10 cloves) • Paprika — 2 tbsp • Honey — 2 tbsp • Soy sauce — 100 ml (Optional: black pepper or chili flakes) Instructions (Oven Baked) 1. Mix in the bowl: Add wings to a large bowl. Add soy sauce, honey, paprika, and pressed garlic. Toss until well coated. 2. Marinate: Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes (best: 2–8 hours). 3. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C. Line a baking tray with foil/parchment. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake 35–45 minutes. 4. Brush midway (for extra sticky wings): If you want to brush with the juices from the bowl, simmer them 3–5 minutes first, then brush the wings halfway through baking. 5.
