I filmed everything myself, on my phone, without cameramen, without staging, and without any desire to "make content." I simply wanted to experience these days within myself, without the fuss and endless rush. These 9 days on the island were about a complete detox, not only physical but also internal. Acupuncture, stretching, bodywork, massages, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, breathing, sleep and energy restoration. During this time, I had several deep acupuncture sessions, and honestly, I haven't encountered such a high level of specialists in a long time. Although I'm sure you can find true masters anywhere in the world if you look not for a service, but for people who truly understand their craft. I rediscovered so much. These seem like ancient practices, but sometimes they feel much more modern than anything else that surrounds us today. The body can actually speak. We just rarely listen to it.
