Fui humilhado na entrevista de emprego

I was humiliated in a job interview. I went all dressed up, believing I could earn a second income—but what I found was a market that measures you by age, not by ability. They asked me questions that made me feel old, outdated, as if I no longer had any value. And all of this made me reflect on something that many people feel, but few people talk about: Why is it so difficult to find work in Brazil? Why does the more qualified a person is, the worse they seem to be for the market? Why don't employers want to hire older people? In this video, I share my experience and raise questions that you may have also asked yourself. Watch until the end and tell me in the comments: is the problem with those seeking employment or those offering it?
