30 Minute Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow

I wanted to include some more advanced variations like mermaid and king pigeon for those of you who want to spice up their yoga and backbend practice. As always, not only are we building strength and flexibility, we are also learning to control the breath and to use it as a tool to help us through more stressful situations that demand more attention like our peak poses today.
