BEEF NAHARI (Restaurant style) نهاری

"Bob" Acri Alhamdulillah,I made this restaurant style Nihari for you and it tasted great,very close to any famous restaurant made nihari.try this and enjoy with your family. INGREDIENTS: bong (meat from thighs) 1 kg bones 2,3 with bone marrow home made nihari masala 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp full ghee 1 cup wheat flour 4 tbsp cumin seeds dry roasted and coarsely crushed 1 tbsp green chilies 4,5 chopped ginger 2 inch julian lemon 2 METHOD : add ghee in pressure cooker when ghee melts add ginger garlic paste and meat and bones. fry them in ghee until color is changed. then add my home made nahari masala with water and mix. cook it again on high heat to dry out all the water. one again ghee comes out on top then remove all the ghee and keep it for later use. now add sufficient water (4 glass) to cook the meat completely but add half of the flour and water mixture in it. mix again and now cover the cooker and cook it on medium high heat for almost 20 ,25 minutes after that remove the bones and set them a side. add 1-1/2 glass water again for gravy and add remaining flour and water mixture in it.while adding stir constantly cook it again on medium low flame for 10 minutes pull out all the bone marrow from the bones by shaking them or with the help of a spoon or knife. add it on the dish out nahari. pour some red ghee which we remove from the meat earlier. garnish with fresh chopped coriander,julienne cut ginger,green chilies chopped and lemon sprinkle some dry roasted and crushed cumin on top and enjoy it with tandoori naans give your positive feed backs if you like the recipe    • How to make Home Made Nihari Masala   نھار...   My nihari masala recipe link My face Book Page:   / maherazcooking   My Website: https://www.maherazcooking.com
