After roughly three years of development, I'm delighted to present this exceptional 20-gauge shotgun from Perugini & Visini. They were brave enough to give me the opportunity to contribute my own ideas to this project – and the result is truly impressive. A good shotgun must be robust, well-balanced, and beautiful – and above all, a joy to handle. This is a particular challenge in 20-gauge, as the smaller receiver demands especially careful proportioning. The shotgun features 76 cm barrels and is equipped with Briley chokes for both steel and lead shot. The action is based on the renowned Boss & Co. from London. The metal-to-wood and wood-to-metal fits are executed to the highest standard. Many small details demonstrate the meticulous craftsmanship: cleanly executed checkering, a fuller in the fore-end, an extended trigger guard with a pistol grip cap, and a classic rolled-edge trigger guard. The removable trigger group with coil springs ensures exceptional robustness and reliability. The wood is equally impressive: dark, elegantly grained, and superbly crafted.
