CHAOS IN PARLIAMENT: HWENDE CLASH WITH TSITSI GEZI OVER CHAIRMANSHIP

HON. HWENDE: My point of order is regarding the announcement that you have just made. My understanding is that the changes should occur as a result of a political party making a decision. There was no such decision by any political party and we should desist from this kind of behaviour. For the same reason, I understand that there is a court challenge that is before the courts that forbids that person that is making these changes from making such changes. THE HON. DEPUTY SPEAKER: Order Hon. Hwende, you are out of order. HON. HWENDE: I am not out of order. I am not going to allow this Parliament to violate a court order that is before the court.
