The penultimate episode of this mini series where I sand down and begin the oiling process. Next week I will get these back on the 1911and we can see the finished product. For those of you with sharp eyes I am very aware I had my finger covering the trigger towards the end, in my defence the pistol was unloaded but it was pretty poor skills none the less.
