FRIDAY 27th MARCH: BALLINA ARTS CENTRE The Irish Showband Archive, hosted by Stephen Travers (Miami Showband) with Special Guest, Des Lee (Miami Showband), in association with The Ballina Salmon Festival presents "Showband Stories" in the Ballina Arts Centre on Friday the 27th March. This Show, as seen on TV (PBS AMERICA, SKY TV Chn.191 & IrishTv.ie) will feature Ballina's legendary Showband, "The Jack Ruane Band" and will be represented on the night by Judd Ruane, Jack Ruane & Eugene McCaffrey, all of whom performed in the Band, along with fellow Ballina musician, P.J. Duffy, who performed with the "Michael O'Callaghan Band in Cork as well. Limited Tickets are available from the Arts Centre and the Salmon Festival Office. (€15) A Show not to be Missed !
