Assalamu Alaikum 🤍 Welcome to Episode 1 of my Ramadan Umrah Series. These clips were never originally filmed for YouTube. Most of them were simply little moments I captured for myself and to share with my family in the whatsapp group chat. 🙈 But after looking back through them, I wanted to share this beautiful journey with you as well. In this episode, I pack my suitcase for Umrah, travel from London to Madinah, check into my hotel, eat suboor, pray at Masjid an-Nabawi on Jummah, visit Rawdah, break my fast at Masjid Al Navawi Madinah during Ramadan (which was my dream), and visit Masjid Quba Alhamdulillah. One of the things I used to love watching before Umrah was videos of people breaking their fast in Masjid an-Nabawi. I would sit and watch them for hours, never imagining that one day I would be there myself. Alhamdulillah, Allah invited me. 🤍 May Allah invite everyone who longs to visit Makkah and Madinah and accept all of our duas, worship and efforts this Ramadan and beyond. Ameen.
