Siomai

Siomai is one of the most requested recipes from my followers. I have many recipes for siomai in my classes but I specially formulated a new one for this tutorial. In the authentic siomai recipe, the meat is not ground rather they are chopped into small dice with a cleaver. Same is done with the pork fat. Please don’t skip the pork fat because your siomai will come out very dry. Fat makes the siomai tender and juicy. The chili sauce in this tutorial is a great compliment for the siomai.
