Mangrove Steelband (Andre White ) set up their penultimate performance on the drag on Kensal Rd under the direction of their arranger Andre White a few hours before taking to the stage later in the United Kingdom Panorama 2017 held at the Elsimae Honnimans Park Ladbroke Grove London. Their tune of choice is Full Extreme by the Ultimate Rejects and the pan tuner Bertram Kellman. Mangrove steelband have won this competition on numerous occasion and placed second last year .
