The most glorious voice to ever come out of Poland, contralto Ewa Podleś singing Marquise of Birkenfeld's aria Pour Une Femme De Mon Nom in Gaetano Donizetti's 1840 opéra comique La Fille Du Régiment. The principal role of Marie is sung by Mariella Devia and Tonio is taken up by tenor Paul Austin Kelly.
