I tried my hand at making French-style candied violets. I wasn't able to get an exact replica of the store-bought version, but I think it came pretty close. I'll try making them again next year, so I've recorded my failed attempts as well. I tried making crystallized violets the French way. It's not exactly the same as the famous one, but I think it turned out okay.
