Carousel Spin Tutorial

Carousel spin takes more strength in the shoulders than other spins because the legs are off the pole and the lower body swings out from it with legs in a kneeling, diamond position. It can be done with either a regular grip or the more advanced split grip hold (see Split Grip Tutorial video). Master basic spins like the fireman before attempting this spin.
