KEITH GREEN gravesite visit: Honor and Remembrance

During a recent cross country trip, 2Days Denarius founder, Ron Thomas, was led to veer off the normal shorter trail across the state of Texas to stop off Highway 20 in Lindale to visit the gravesites of the late evangelist and CCM artist Keith Green and his two children, along with the burial site of evangelist Leonard Ravenhill. This respectful video tells the story of how two men of God served as inspiration and encouragement for him to grow and take the challenge of leading a more committed Christian life in dedication to following Jesus no matter the cost and without compromise. It was a true blessing and privilege for Rev. Thomas to share stories of these mentors of days past who continue to influence the lives of many Christians even today. It is my hope that fellow Christians will be challenged and encouraged to revisit the writings, music (in the case of Keith Green), and messages of Keith Green and Leonard Ravenhill and be led to become stronger in their faith, along with reaching others with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Keith Green and Leonard Ravenhill showed up, counted the cost, and served Christ without doubts, apologies, or compromise. It's time we get back to that type of real Christianity in our time.
