Transition Spur Dream Re-Build MTB

The Transition Spur is a bike which is hard to come by at the moment. We had two bikes due to arrive, but we wanted one for ourselves too. Our friends just down the road at Windwave UK had this ex-demo frame, so we took it and brought it back to life. I can honestly say this is one of the best bikes I've ever ridden, definitely top three. It may only have 120mm, but with the aggresive geo you don't really notice most of the time. Sometimes the bike gets a bit out of it's depth, but whilst you know a bit more travel would help, somehow you don't really care. It's just so much fun. The marketing says it 'feels like an extension of your body,' which quite frankly sounds like something made up at a marketing meeting.... the thing is though, it really does. The Spur rides beautifully and is super lightweight, so you can always put the bike where you want it. 10/10 from me! Film: John Arthur Mechanic: Oli Carter
