Hermle Greenwich 70875 Monatsläufer Präzisionspendeluhr - Test - Review. Die Sattler Alternative! 4K
The Sattler Alternative: Hermle has achieved a resounding success with the Greenwich 70875 monthly timepiece. Find out why in this video. https://www.uhren-park.de/product_inf... Height x Width x Depth = 90.5 x 26 x 13 cm Black lacquer finish Mechanical cable-driven movement Precision movement 31-day power reserve Pendulum Second hand Numbered edition Elegant lacquered case with beveled glass all around. Regulator dial with separate hour, minute, and second displays. Newly developed Hermle high-precision movement that only needs to be wound once a month. The precision movement features a solid pallet fork with ruby pallets. The gear train is equipped with 6 ruby jewels and 6 ball bearings. Counter-stop mechanism provides power reserve during winding. Drop adjustment via a knurled nut on the pendulum rod. The minute is displayed in 78 increments by the second hand. Numbered edition with number on the dial and certificate of authenticity. -------------------------------------------------------- Ralf Eble (Master Watchmaker) says: Appearance: I had been searching for a long time for an elegant, well-made 3/4-second pendulum wall clock. I placed great importance on a particularly high-quality movement. My choice fell on the Hermle "Greenwich." It is very elegant in appearance and, thanks to the nickel-plated interior, also modern. Because the clock lacks a striking mechanism, the case is pleasantly shallow. The finely beveled glass underscores its sophisticated character. The case has a polished lacquer finish; the lacquer is flawless and silky smooth. Feel: All materials (case and movement) feel pleasant to the touch. Nowhere is there a rough edge on the case or a burr on the metal parts of the movement. Materials used: The hands are actually thermally blued and not just painted blue, as other manufacturers (I won't name names) often do. The dial is enameled and printed in black (each piece is discreetly numbered). High-quality mineral glass with a fine beveled edge. Solid wood case coated with a durable lacquer. Movement: The absolute highlight of the watch. As mentioned, the watch completely lacks a striking mechanism. This is precisely what makes the watch so extraordinary—just like the Riefler precision watches of yesteryear. From a watchmaker's perspective, a striking mechanism is simply a hindrance, especially regarding accuracy, since the striking mechanism is triggered by the going train, and the watch would therefore require more power. The 31-day power reserve is achieved through a modified gear ratio and the heavy weight filled with tungsten. The anchor pallets are made of synthetic ruby.
