B737 App & Lndg video#10 Landing

In this video, I continue talking about approach and landing in the B737 for new pilots, and landing is covered here. Warning Please be advised that all the content in this video and this channel are intended for training purposes only. In this video four main points are covered: 1- Threshold crossing height (50ft) 2- Flare, all you need is 1 to 3 degrees pitch change to reduce the airplane sink rate to land. 3- Thrust reduction, which is done after you start the flare and it should be a continuous smooth to close the idle by touchdown. slightly before is ok but not after. 4- The importance of lowering the nose wheel smoothly on to the RW.
